attentive staff beautiful room great view faulty air conditioning bus services repetitive food
the staff were very attentive to our needs. our beautiful sea view room had a great view. it was very quiet with good soundproofing.
the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly and leaked water. free bus services to naama bay are no longer offered. the food offered was the same every day.

A mostly positive experience
friendly staff beautiful gardens tatty room poor choice
I appreciated the friendly staff. The entertainment team was the BEST, very funny and active. I also found the grounds to be well set out. The gardens are lovely and beautiful.
The room we stayed in was a bit tatty. There was rust in the bathroom, and the headboard on the bed was falling apart. I found the food to be not labeled correctly. The choice was poor, and it mainly catered to Arab and Muslim guests.

rotten door frames faulty air conditioning
The gardens are well maintained.
The room was quite worn. The shower leaked across the bathroom floor. Rotten door frames were visible, and the air conditioning was not functioning upon arrival. These issues marred my stay.
